I’m trying right now to fig-
ure out how to get a new
passport photo taken, one
delivered with a really char-
ming indie folksy rock style.
When change is so rapid, how
can a planning cycle stay re-
levant? I’m not afraid of the
darkness — that’s a funda-
mental tenet of capitalism,
that everyone has to start
over in any unexpected new
world where a never-before-
seen ecosystem blends real
& virtual worlds & creatures
lurk in hidden places. Monday
morning has rolled around, &
we now find signs that ances-
tors we never knew existed
are hidden inside our genome.
