My Zodiac Zaps the Pack
It’s a new dawn.
New dew on
the unmown lawn.
The Evolution
will not be civilized!
The Protest stuck
on Repeat After Me:
“Nothing’s worth Nothing
if it ain’t FREE!”
Zithers and xylophones
break key. Zeroes
and zoos plan
a shopping spree.
Zarathustra
uproots a tree
under new
year lunar
reciprocity.
My zed schooner
unzips the sea,
zeitgeist of
opportunity,
a zaftig zebra
on my knee,
Bermuda rig
bellied big
with zephyr swig
of buzzing
aphrodisiac.
We zigzag
our way to Zagazig
and won’t
be coming back.
